Coaching & Mentoring for
Highly Sensitive Humans
Are you a Highly Sensitive Human (HSH) or know someone who is?
Explore our comprehensive range of coaching and mentoring programmes designed specifically for HSHs.
Our uniquely tailored programmes are grounded in the principles of positive psychology, aiming to foster healthier and more constructive thought patterns, skills, and thinking. We believe in the transformative power of neuroscience and incorporate its principles in our coaching programmes to achieve an optimal brain-body balance.
We understand that sensitivity is not exclusive to adults. Therefore, our HSH programmes cater to children, teenagers, and adults alike, as well as parents or carers. Our goal is to help each individual recognise, reflect upon, and embrace their unique abilities and talents. By doing so, we aim to infuse greater joy into their lives and empower them to fully realise their potential.
In addition, we offer professional education and coaching programmes aimed at professionals who work with HSHs, such as teachers. These workshops and support programmes are designed to equip professionals with the tools and understanding they need to effectively support and develop HSHs.
Whether you are an HSH seeking guidance, a parent of an HSH looking for support, or a professional working with HSHs, our coaching and mentoring programmes can provide the resources and insights you need.

Our Approach
Assess
Each coaching programme has a different level of initial and brief discovery assessment to ensure its the right programme proposed for the child, teenager, adult or team. Every assessment will be unique as every person is, in order to help to inform any future coaching programme selection, duration and approach.
Develop
Following on from the initial discovery assessment, and depending on the agreed coaching programme selected, a proposal detailing the coaching contract, length and terms will be issued to be discussed and mutually agreed. If any specific accommodations are required, this will be discussed and confirmed through this process so everyone is clear on the type of activities included, the manner of delivery and timing.
Support
Our coaching programmes involve a combination of education, practical exercises and activities, and vary entirely on the individuals involved, objective and depend on a number of variables. For example the age, ability, circumstances and desired outcomes of the person being coached, as well as the coaching sought. We identify potential obstacles or blocks and develop strategies to help overcome them. With adults we set timelines and benchmarks to measure progress.
